Guarantee and warranty

Guarantee and warranty are defined separately in the approved model-wise written policy, including duration, kilometres, covered parts, exclusions and the claim procedure. The final customer booklet and dealer agreement control the exact terms.

Service plans and doorstep support

Scheduled-servicing and membership plan terms and prices are confirmed by your ZYX outlet.

Technician visits are offered where operationally feasible.

Dealer figures

Zero franchise fee does not mean zero setup cost. Branding and infrastructure, opening inventory, rent, staffing and operating expenses are separate.

Accident and damage support remains subject to coverage, exclusions, deductibles, survey and insurer approval.

Government EV incentives / state benefits, wherever applicable and subject to prevailing eligibility, approval and policy.

Accessories, parts and upgrades

Customer approval first: price, product category, compatibility, labour charge and warranty impact are written on the quotation or job sheet before installation.
